Predominant Flower Color:  Purple

Flower/Truss Description:  Flower openly funnel-shaped, crinkled lobes, 1½" across, dark purple with light reddish purple throat, dark violet spots and light reddish-purple rays down center of each lobe. Ball-shaped truss has 6-7 flowers.

Fragrant:  No

Bloom Time:  Early

Foliage Description / Plant Habit:  Leaves elliptic, apiculate apex, cuneate base, 4" long, glossy, most are revolute, yellow-green, retained 2 years. Upright, dense grower.

Height:  4 feet in 10 years.

Cold Hardiness Temp:  -5°F  ( -21°C)
