Flower/Truss Description:  Flower widely funnel-campanulate, of heavy substance, 2½" across, vivid red. No markings. Held in flat truss of 8-10 flowers.

Foliage Description / Plant Habit:  Leaves narrowly elliptic, acute apex, cuneate base, slightly bullate, olive green with orange-brown indumentum, heavy on under midrib and primary veins, leaves retained 2 years. New growth is reddish-brown. Rounded habit.

Height:  2 feet in 10 years.
