Flower/Truss Description:  Flower of heavy substance, waxy-looking, 2" across, currant red. Held in trusses of 10-11 flowers.

Fragrant:  No

Bloom Time:  Midseason

Foliage Description / Plant Habit:  Leaves elliptic, acute apex, cuneate base, 3" long, moderate orange-yellow indumentum. Likes afternoon filtered shade to protect from sunburn in summer.

Height:  2 feet in 10 years.
