Flower/Truss Description:  Flower openly-funnel-shaped, wavy edges, 4" across, vivid purplish-red with reddish-orange spots on dorsal lobe. Held in ball-shaped trusses of 12-15.

Fragrant:  No

Bloom Time:  Midseason

Foliage Description / Plant Habit:  Leaves elliptic, flat, apiculate apex, cuneate base, 7" long, glossy, retained for 3 years. Upright, well-branched plant. Heat resistant more than sun tolerant.

Height:  6 feet in 10 years.
