Flower/Truss Description:  Flower openly funnel-shaped, frilly lobes, 3½" across, fragrant, strong purplish-red with lighter throat and dark red ring around base of corolla extending to ¾" on dorsal lobe. Flat to lax truss with 8-10 flowers.

Fragrant:  Yes

Bloom Time:  Late Midseason to Late

Foliage Description / Plant Habit:  Leaves oblong, apiculate apex, rounded base, 4½" long, glossy, olive green, retained 2 years.

Height:  6 feet in 10 years.
