 Flower openly funnel-shaped, wavy edges, 4" across, vivid red with a star-shaped eye almost black at edges and lighter in center, reverse has red radial lines near center of lobes. Ball-shaped trusses of 9-10 flowers.

Foliage Description / Plant Habit: 

 Leaves narrowly elliptic, broadly acute apex, cuneate base, 6" long, bullate, yellowish-green with tan hairs below and above when new. Leaves retained for 2 years.
