 Flower widely funnel-shaped, wavy edges, 2" across, hose-in-hose, purplish-pink, fused stamens form ring of contrasting lighter pink color. Ball-shaped truss with 10 flowers.

 Leaves oblong, acute apex, rounded base, convex, 1" to 1½" long. Upright, dense, wide-growing shrub. Less prone to root rot.
