 Flower openly funnel-shaped, wavy lobes, 2½" across, light purplish-pink with slightly lighter throat and darker margins, fading to white with age. Ball-shaped truss with 8-12 flowers.

 Leaves between elliptic and narrowly elliptic, acute apex, cuneate base, 5" long, convex, glossy, heavy yellow-ochre indumentum, retained 3 years. New growth has silvery tomentum. Rounded habit.
